Jacob Conrad Williams
After Emerson College, Jacob rose up through the ranks in New York, working for production companies and ad agencies where he learned to tell stories visually. He made his directorial debut, at the helm of reality for the campaign, the “Gain Show and Smell Challenge” for Procter and Gamble which turned into a 40-spot package shooting across America.
He has created content for blue-chip advertisers like; American Express, McDonald’s, Budweiser, Procter & Gamble, and Walmart while partnering with ad agencies such as Young and Rubicam, BBDO, Grey Advertising, The Uniworld Group, Momentum, Burrell Advertising, and cable networks such as BET, TV One and Aspire.
As a member of SAG/AFTRA he worked on films and television shows such as “American Gangster”, “The Good Shepherd”, “Blindspot”, “Now You See Me”, “Lovecraft Country” and “Boardwalk Empire” as a stunt performer.
Jacob has won Telly Awards, Ceba Awards, ADDY Awards Gold Effie, and an Emmy.

His accomplishments as a producer, director, and choreographer in theater, television, and film are known throughout the entertainment industry.
Otis has worked with such notables as Mary J. Blige, Faith Hill, Brooke Shields, Anna Deveare Smith, Christina Ricci, Patti Labelle, Tony Bennett, Loretta Devine, Denzel Washington, Billy Crystal, Sam Jackson, Robert Sean Leonard, Gregory Hines, Spike Lee, Lawrence Fishbourne, Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt, Prince, Vanessa Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, Lauren Hill, Angela Bassett, Debbie Allen, Viveca Fox, BeBe, and CeCe Winans, Don Cheatle and Queen Latifah.
Dale attended St. John’s University in NYC. He later was one of the top students at the Center for the Media Arts and honed his skills at BBDO, Munn/Rabot, and Spike/DDB among many others over his 20+ year career. He is a recipient of a Gold Lion and an ADDY for his exceptional work as a producer in advertising. After being head of the production at Spike/DDB.
Dale then took his talents to specialty shops GlobalHue and CommonGround. Besides winning many accolades in advertising, and producing top-flight work, his experience is equally matched by the fact he is a pleasure to work with. A rare combination.
